Head East and pass Ziggy's. Go around the corner and take the first left paved road before you reach the Sausage Shack. Take the next left and then the next left . Lot is the second from the end on your right.

This is a Perfect Building site! You are literally on top of a small hill that is a flat Mesa with outstanding sea and Buck Island views. The roads are paved, lovely homes around you, and so close to a plethora of restaurants, beaches...you can walk down to the water, and of course golf and tennis and lots of hiking trails nearby. The lot faces East so your breezes will be so crisp and cooling , I think you should see this gem of a lot.
