Located in the desirable gated community of Pelican Cove, it's the only condo on the third floor, so it's very private. Details include beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, 5 new AC compressors, newly painted, colorful sea inspired mosaic tile floor in half bath, updated showers, lovely bedroom furniture, vaulted ceiling, small fridge in dining room, lounging space with sofa bed, & two locking owners' closets. It's just a short stroll down the beach to the restaurant at The Palms for a meal or drink. This has been a successful vacation rental.
