Built in 1920 of cut coral stone & original wood floors, you will delight in the gorgeously modernized & beautifully maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath gated & fenced property. The kitchen is huge- expansive countertops, many cabinets, w/2 sinks on either end of the space. 2 full length patios provide constant breeze & maintain cool interiors. The laundry room has a new washer/dryer, slop sink & full bath for sandy beach days. The rooms flow easily from a central entry hall - Original Crucian jalousie windows are screened and plentiful- allowing light & breeze. The 18'' thick walls keep the house cool.
